Monica Rise has put the sum of her knowledge and experience into her career as a REALTOR®. She earned her Associate’s of Science in Business Degree as well as Associate’s of Arts in Liberal Studies. Over the course of earning her degrees, Monica learned communication strategies that assist her in working with a variety of clients on an interpersonal level to achieve maximum results. Monica served as a Human Resource Specialist in the United States Army & a short stint in the Air Force Reserves in Honolulu. During that time, she maintained an interim secret clearance to handle classified reports/documents; rest assured your personal information will remain confidential. Monica also has a background in the manufacturing sector where she worked in customer service / sales in the Industrial, Construction, and Safety industries which lead to her passion for connecting people & sales.
Originally from California, Monica relocated to La Quinta, California from Hawaii in 2009. Monica is a current member of The Citrus Country Club with previous residents/membership at The Madison Country Club & The Hideaway Country Cub. As an expert on the local area, Monica loves to help match her clients with the communities that offer what you’re looking for.
Monica is a mother of four amazing sons, one with autism; she is familiar with community support systems that meet special needs families. A fitness enthusiast, Monica trains with amazing yoga instructors, participates in fun/charity walks, and has found a new interest in pickleball.
