The Enclave and Enclave Mountain Estates are two exclusive communities made up of custom estate homes located behind private gates within The La Quinta Resort. Both Enclave and Enclave Mountain Estates Homes are situated on and around several golf holes as well as a lake in the La Quinta Resort’s Pete Dye designed Mountain Golf Course. Custom estate homes at the Enclave and Enclave Mountain Estates were built from ’90 through ’06. A few custom estate lots are available for your own custom home. Enclave homes range in size from about 3,000 to over 7,000 square feet. Estate home architecture varies anywhere from contemporary to Spanish and Tuscan. Most Enclave Mountain Estate homes offer golf and/or mountain views.
